In garden green, where moonlight softly plays, The stage is set for dreams and faerie flight. When September cools the sun-drenched days, The woods awake beneath the velvet night. There Puck shall leap and Oberon shall scheme, Titania drift in spells of lover’s plight— A tangled tale, half magic and half dream, Unfolds beneath the stars in twinkling light. The BUSC shall call forth Shakespeare’s delight: With laughter loud, with music’s merry sound, With mischief, masks, and wonder’s wildest sight, Where love is lost and in the forest found. All folk are bid to join this revel scene— Where dreams walk free in the Spielstadt’s green.
